4. Commissions and Payments

• Commission Rates: Vary by merchant and are subject to change with notice
• Payment Schedule: Weekly payments every Friday for balances ≥ ₹500
• Payment Methods: UPI, bank transfer, or approved digital wallets
• Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Chargebacks: May result in commission reversals
• Disputes: Must be reported within 30 days of the transaction

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate any of these terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Fail to comply with merchant requirements
• Provide false or misleading information
• Remain inactive for more than 12 months

7. Intellectual Property

• AffiliateHub retains all rights to our platform, content, and trademarks
• You may use our provided marketing materials as intended
• You retain rights to your original content but grant us license to use it
• You must respect third-party intellectual property rights
• Report any copyright infringement to us immediately

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Merchant policy changes or commission adjustments
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Third-party actions or decisions
• Loss of earnings or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations first
• Mediation if negotiations fail
• Arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Courts in Mumbai for any remaining issues

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We'll notify you via email or platform notification
• Changes take effect 30 days after notification
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
• You may terminate your account if you disagree
